Mold laser welding machine
The fully automatic laser welding machine uses high-energy pulse lasers to weld objects. The high energy and density of laser pulses can make the welding smooth, the weld width small, and the heat affected zone small. It can achieve fully automatic precision welding that traditional processes cannot achieve.
Performance characteristics
1. X and Y manual work platforms, electric Z-axis lifting, convenient operation.
2. The heat affected area is small, the welding depth is large, and the melting is sufficient without leaving any repair marks.
3. The laser can move up and down, forward and backward, and the worktable can be electrically operated up and down, mainly used for repairing small and medium-sized molds.
4. Microscope coaxial observation, focusing, positioning, aiming, wave crystal light valve, and full emission eye protection device.
5. Adjustable protective gas switch, blowing air in advance and closing air in delay to ensure that the welding spot is not oxidized.
6. Laser welding has a small diameter and a small heating range, and there will be no porosity, collapse, thermal strain, or other phenomena after welding, greatly reducing the number of post weld treatment processes.
