Automatic pulse laser welding machine
The fully automatic laser welding machine uses high-energy pulse lasers to weld objects. The high energy and density of laser pulses can make the welding smooth, the weld width small, and the heat affected zone small. It can achieve fully automatic precision welding that traditional processes cannot achieve.
Performance characteristics
1. Humanized design, LCD screen display, and centralized button operation make it easier.
2. Laser power is high, heat affected area is small, deformation is small, and welding speed is fast.
3. The weld seam is of high quality, smooth and beautiful, without pores, and the toughness of the welded material is at least equivalent to that of the parent material.
4. Laser welding can achieve spot welding, docking, stacking, sealing, etc. for thin-walled materials and precision parts.
5. The four-dimensional ball screw worktable adopts an imported servo control system and an optional rotating worktable, which can achieve automatic welding of spot welding, straight line, circumference, etc.
6. The current waveform can be adjusted arbitrarily, and different waveforms can be set according to the different welding materials to match the welding parameters and requirements, in order to achieve the welding effect.
